Bonnie and Toby. Piggy back barn wedding. Norfolk Brides

Piggy Back Barns Wedding // Bonnie + Toby

21 June 2017 / Real Weddings/ Wedding Planning

There was plenty of fun to be had at Bonnie and Toby’s picnic wedding. Relaxed and informal was the aim for the day, with a red double decker bus to ferry everyone from the church to the venue, picnic blankets and baskets on the grass, a “most creative pocket square competition” for the groomsmen, and even a sports day! The day was full of sunshine - the couple walked back down the aisle together to “Bring Me Sunshine”, complete with the congregation waving little yellow sunshines at them.

You can find their big day feature in the 3rd issue of Norfolk Brides Magazine if you have a copy, alterbatively, you can view it for FREE online

To celebrate their 1st wedding anniversary we thought, we'd share some more gorgeous details with you on our blog too!

Warehouse Bohemian Romance in Norfolk

I always find myself leaning towards Bohemian vibes, and that was the style inspiration for this shoot. lots of warmer tones, vintage and retro throwbacks, rustic, organic florals for the visuals, and making sure it was DIY Bride and Groom suitable, relatable and not out of anyone’s budget was also an important focus to me for this shoot!

Having a great band or DJ at a wedding is an absolute must. You need someone who will get your party in a great mood and get them on to that dance floor. We have spoken to  DJ Paul Allen, who has some excellent ideas to keep the party grooving…
